Family Yoga
Need a little “me” time, but can’t find a sitter? You’re in luck! Join us on Monday Mornings for a yoga class at The Flower Fields where you can bring your little ones along. Think of it as yoga for YOU with babies just vibing along. This isn’t your typical parent-and-me class – it’s a chance for you to move, stretch, and reset while your little cuties hang out.
Class starts at 8:30 am and there will be time after to class to mingle with community and enjoy the space. If you are in need of any assistance for disability please let us know in advance. Please bring your own mat, we will have a few on site to borrow.
Admission to The Flower Fields is included with your ticket to this event. 1 child free with the purchase of an adult ticket. Additional children will need to purchase a ticket through the Flower Fields website. Kids under 3 are free.
